Financial Policy

Publication in the journal is completely free of charge. We do not charge any fees for submission, peer review, or editorial processing.

The journal follows an Open Access policy, which excludes any fees for editorial preparation or publication. Specifically, the journal guarantees a full waiver of any processing, review, and/or publication fees for articles submitted by third-cycle (PhD) students enrolled in state-funded programs.
