Endocrine and immune aspects of congenital sensorineural hearing loss in children aged 7-11 years
Анотація
У статті показано, що за умов сенсоневральної туговухості у дітей молодшого шкільного віку, внаслідок стресорної активації симпато-адреналової системи, відбувається праймування ґранулоцитарно-моноцитарної ланки імунітету із відповідною експресією протизапальних інтерлейкінів. Це призводить до домінування Т-хелперів другого типу і переважання гуморального типу імунної відповіді із підвищенням рівня IgG.Посилання
